Leading Organisations Through the AI Era
Boards are raising critical questions, and the C-suite is facing increasing pressure to close the gap between AI ambition and execution.
In this executive session, Dr. Anushka Patchava will provide an experience-driven perspective and outline actionable strategies for effective AI transformation.
Attendees will gain practical steps to implement AI initiatives, address common challenges, and drive organisational change, informed by her background in global health insurance, digital health startups, private equity advisory, and international AI policy.
This session is a leadership discussion focused on real-world implementation and global policy for decision-makers, rather than a technology briefing.
Recognised among the Top 10 Global Chief Medical Officers and Top 5 Women Business Leaders by LT, Anushka combines technical rigour with commercial insight. She trained as a physician at Cambridge and Harvard, and is a serial entrepreneur and private equity advisor.
Who is this for?
CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and
Senior leaders in finance, technology, professional services, and the private sector.

Anushka will address the following topics:
✅ Why Leadership Must Change: AI is reshaping how decisions are made, how work gets done, and how value is created, requiring leaders to rethink control, speed, and competitive advantage. What is the role of the leader today? How can we evolve from decision-makers to decision-architects, enabling faster, more empowered teams?
✅ Frameworks and Tools for the AI Leader: Practical approaches such as human-in-the-loop decision models, AI risk and governance frameworks, rapid experimentation cycles, and everyday use of AI copilots to enhance leadership effectiveness.
✅ Case Studies and Outcomes: Real-world examples of organisations using AI to improve decision speed, reduce costs, and increase productivity—highlighting what worked, what didn’t, and the measurable impact.

Dr. Anushka Patchava is a fierce advocate for augmented intelligence, which she defines as: 'Technology that enhances human outcomes rather than replaces the human touch."
