Caroline Gorski

Caroline co-founded Cerestrial in 2023, alongside serving as Chief Executive and Board Director for Capital Enterprise, the national not-for-profit organisation which has been propelling startups to reach their full potential for over three decades.
Her leadership transforms businesses for future growth, having led Rolls-Royce’s advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence division, before becoming CEO of its industrial AI and machine learning business, R2 Factory.
With 30 years’ experience at the cutting edge of emerging technologies, Caroline has been in the early-hire or founding teams of five start-ups, held management positions in two corporate spin-outs and has built nearly £2bn revenue in new business lines from digital innovations

Manisha Mistry

Manisha has been an active sports and personal development coach since 2018 and has taken her experience in one-to-one support and team development into her work, setting up the Digital Academy for Rolls-Royce in 2017. The Digital Academy offered 30,000 employees more than 75,000 hours of immersive in-person and remote digital skills training to transform the capabilities of the employee base.
In 2021, as Chief Operating Officer at R2 Factory (an industrial AI startup), Manisha built the company’s coaching and corporate training methodology. Through intensive multi-week ‘Residencies’, she brought together multiple customers from different businesses to collaboratively identify and solve shared challenges.
