In this CEO-level session, Sharon Gai explores the shift from operational management to strategic leadership. Sharon Gai has spent her career at the intersection of AI, commerce, and global strategy — most notably as Head of Global Key Accounts at Alibaba, where she helped the world's top brands rewire their digital strategies using programmatic marketing and AI.
Today she advises organisations across industries on how to do more with less in an AI-native world, translating the complexity of frontier AI into decisions leaders can actually act on.
Her client list spans TEDx, Singularity University, UBS, Deloitte, Walmart, LVMH, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, and Lenovo. Her insights have featured on CNN, Bloomberg, Reuters, ABC, NBC, TechCrunch, and Wired.
