Building Your AI Playbook
12th November 2026 | 9:30 am - 5:00 pm | The Century Club, 61-63 Shaftesbury Ave, W1D 6LQ
Marketing leaders need practical, results-driven events rather than more AI theory. Most AI events for marketers offer standard keynotes and panels with limited takeaways. This event stands out by focusing exclusively on practical outcomes.
Hosted by Julia Belle, this flagship WOAI event experience features two leading experts in AI marketing - Heather Murray and Aarti Samani - who will lead two comprehensive, hands-on workshops.
Both sessions will conclude with a facilitated discussion led by Julia Belle, turning the day's activities into actionable insights for your team and organisation.
A Framework You Can Apply Immediately
Three transferable tool-agnostic frameworks for briefing, evaluating and deploying AI across your marketing function
A Deployable Asset, Built On the Day
A working AI avatar and cloned voice, built from your own live campaign or training project, ready to use safely under current AI transparency rules.
From Insight to Implementation
Facilitated discussion after each workshop, turning the day's work into a concrete adoption plan you can take straight back to your function.
Workshop 1: The AI-Confident Marketing Leader
Brief it, judge it, and work out where it belongs
Workshop led by Heather Murray
Morning session from 10 am - 12:30 pm
A morning for marketing leaders who want to make better decisions about AI, rather than become the fastest prompt writer in the building.
You'll spend the morning working on a campaign for a fictional brand, so nobody has to explain their own context or bring anything sensitive into the room. Across the session you'll:
Take a vague, ambiguous brief and turn it into something AI can work with
Rank four versions of the same piece of copy, from human to AI-written
Learn where AI is good, where it's rubbish, and where it's quietly risky
Map one of your own team's workflows and decide, step by step, what AI should touch and what it really shouldn't
It's tool-agnostic, so it doesn't matter whether your team is on Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or a mix of all three.
You'll leave with a capability score showing where you and your team currently sit, and a simple way to measure whether your AI adoption is actually going anywhere over the next few months.
No prior AI experience needed. If you've only ever poked at Copilot once and closed the tab, don’t worry - you'll be absolutely fine. (But there’s plenty for the AI geeks here, too).

Heather was a marketer long before she was an AI person. Back before ChatGPT existed, she designed an AI-powered hyperpersonalisation workflow for Centrica that went on to drive £75M in revenue, prompting a new beginning in all things AI. She now trains marketing and comms teams at Johnson & Johnson, Toyota and Barilla and is trusted AI expert for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Forbes.
Workshop 2: Build Your Avatar
The Hands-On AI Session for Marketers
Workshop Led by Aarti Samani
Afternoon session from 1:45 pm - 4:15 pm

Video is increasingly central to marketing strategies, and AI-generated creative is rapidly becoming standard for major advertisers. This workshop emphasises hands-on building rather than passive observation.
Attendees should bring a live campaign or content project. By the end, participants will have a working avatar and cloned voice tailored to their brand, ready for deployment.
Aarti Samani, a technology executive with experience scaling AI companies, including SwiftKey's ~$250M acquisition by Microsoft, will lead the session. She now specialises in helping leaders navigate both the opportunities and risks of emerging AI technologies. As founder of Shreem Growth Partners and host of the Deepfake Resilience Symposium series with the British Consulate-General, she offers both technical expertise and a focus on safety.
Attendees will leave with a repeatable AI content workflow they can implement independently and the knowledge to use it safely as AI transparency and labelling regulations become more stringent.
