The AI Conversation No One Is Having:

Most discussions about AI focus on efficiency, productivity, and competitive advantage. While these topics are important, they often overlook a critical aspect.

AI is intensifying the mental health crisis, and most organisations lack a strategy to address it.

Research from Nobel laureate Angus Deaton highlights that much of today's mental health suffering is not due to clinical need, but rather a crisis of belonging and visibility. Many people feel unseen, unheard, and unsupported at work. AI is accelerating this disconnection, and forward-thinking leaders are beginning to take notice.

Mental health outcomes have become an investor due diligence criterion. Institutional investors are now assessing how listed companies affect employee well-being. Organisations that integrate mental health strategy into their AI transformation will not only have healthier teams, but also a measurable advantage.

In this exclusive executive forum, Aarti Samani, founder of Compassion Unites (launched at the UK Parliament), will address a topic often overlooked at AI events. Drawing on cross-sector research, Nobel Prize-winning economics, and a practical framework for community-led solutions, Aarti will provide senior leaders with the insights needed to integrate mental health strategy into AI transformation as a leadership imperative, not merely a welfare initiative.

About your speaker

"The solutions to AI's mental health impact lie in communities, not clinics. No single organisation or sector has the answer. But together, the pieces of the solution are already there."
— Aarti Samani.

Aarti Samani is a leading authority on deepfake fraud resilience and AI security strategy, and is among the few experts who have worked at the highest levels of both business and government.

As former Global SVP (CPMO) of iProov, Aarti not only advised on security but also implemented it. She increased iProov's revenue from £1M to £22M (a 22x increase) and personally secured biometric security contracts with the UK Home Office, the US Department of Homeland Security, and the Singapore Government. These achievements demonstrate that her frameworks are effective at the national security level.

Today, Aarti teaches at Durham University, INSEAD, and MIT, and works with the British Consulate-General to deliver high-level security insights to global leaders. For boards, risk committees, and C-suites facing the growing threat of AI-enabled fraud, Aarti offers proven expertise in addressing these challenges.

Her latest work takes a new direction. As founder of Compassion Unites, a cross-sector mental health alliance launched at the UK Parliament, Aarti is developing the infrastructure to address AI's growing impact on human wellbeing. The initiative unites faith leaders, public sector policymakers, business leaders, and clinical researchers around a shared belief that the mental health crisis intensified by AI requires community-based solutions in addition to clinical approaches.
